What is the Isagenix business about

Isagenix has been identified as a Multi Level Marketing company. Their main purpose is to help people lose weight, by selling dietary supplements and personal care products to finally give them the chance to “Take control of their lives”.

To be clear on the very first point, the Isagenix business is a legit MLM business opportunity. It already made millions in revenue (around $958), and like 250 people have already become millionaire thanks to this company. Isagenix careers does exist!

Who are the Isagenix founders?

Isagenix is a company based in Arizona and was found by the husband and wife duo Jim and Kathy Coover altogether with co-founder John Anderson.

Controversy about founders:

One thing people should know before going further in the Isagenix business, is that both founders Jim Coover and John Anderson were involved with a dangerous diet program some time before called The Cambridge Diet. The program went bankrupt

Even if it was claimed this program had no harmful side effects, some people died though from heart attacks. The FDA forced the company to stop selling nutritionally inadequate diet drinks (Source: consumer.healthday.com).

But let’s go back to the Isagenix business, as per today no lawsuit has been launched against Isagenix…

Are Isagenix products healthy ?

As per today, we do not clearly know if the Isagenix products really work or not. Customer reviews show divided opinions about the question.

Their product range is huge and includes weight loss solutions, performance solutions, vitality and wellbeing, essential oils and other personal care and beauty products.

What is Isagenix's best product ?

Isagenix’s most popular products are their 9-Day and 30-Day Weight Loss System.

Their package include various kind of protein shakes and other supplements that are meant to help you in weight loss.

Isagenix 9-Day and 30-Day Weight Loss System.

You might say you’ve already seen this thousands of times in other programs. Market might also be saturated. Indeed, other companies do have very similar solutions to offer…

So let’s dive in the heart of the Isagenix business to understand it a bit more, and most importantly to see if this business fits you! ..’cause this last point may be the reason you are reading this review!

How To Earn Money With Isagenix?

One of your questions so far may remain: Can you really make money with Isagenix? You can make a large amount of money with the Isagenix business.

Like many other MLM companies, the main purposes of the business is to sell the products to customers as well as to recruit people and build downline teams.

In order to succeed, the Isagenix business focuses on word of mouth marketing and social media marketing.

How much does it cost to sign up for Isagenix?

Bad point comes already… those systems are quite expensive $269 and $378,50…and in addition to that, you are highly recommended to sign up for their $29 or $39 year membership, as they will tell you, you are eligible for additional discounts and rewards.

You’ll will then be able to place your first order of products at wholesale prices (25% off retail).

A way for you to remain eligible for commissions is also to generate at least 100 PV (Personal Volume) per month, which represents about $150 per month. This can be achieved by selling the products but also by your own use of the products.

Isagenix compensation plan

Isagenix does have a quite complicated compensation plan, including several ways to earn money: Retail Profits, Retail Direct Profits, Product Introduction Bonuses, Team Bonuses, Executive Matching Team Bonuses, Special Incentives & Promotions…

These are a few examples, and if you would like to dig further into these details, please go and watch the video below:

What Are The Pros & Cons of Isagenix?

Pros of Isagenix

Once more, be sure Isagenix is a legit company. With more than 200,000 distributors in about 13 countries, we obviously cannot consider it as a scam.

Furthermore, the company received several awards since it was created in 2002, it was ranked 27 of the top companies by Direct Selling New Global in 2014 and finally, today it has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau!

Courses are good (sometimes even said to be brainwashing) and the company provides great assistance to its distributors and the diversity of the Isagenix product line is large!

These are strong arguments to be willing to join the Isagenix program, don’t you think?

Cons of Isagenix

BUT, with all that being said, let’s move on to the “dark side” of the Isagenix program… ‘cause there should obviously be one…

Let’s first say… do you REALLY need to get involved in such a program to lose weight??

As I said previously in this review, you will find both positive and negative reviews regarding the Isagenix program. Among them, there are people for whom the products may only have had a placebo effect! Indeed, the validity of the company’s products has been questioned!

Anyway, everyone should be able to lose weight as long as people control food, get a good exercise plan! Just stick to it and weight loss will surely come!!

Moreover, be extremely careful with the possible side effects of the products. All the products are not said to be that natural, and some people have already reported effects like diarrhea and a weakened immune system… better talk to a doctor before you take any action.

Another thing, if we look a bit more in the distributors results… according to the numbers, 2015 shows a lot of failure. As many other MLM companies, there are still some people getting rich with this business, but the percentage is so small! Most distributors are currently struggling than really earning money like in a full time job…

Last but not least, the system remains quite expensive!

Is Isagenix a scam?

To answer the very first questions of this review “Is Isagenix a scam”, i would clearly say “No, it isn’t”. The Isagenix business does not appear to be a pyramid scheme neither. The company is real, the business is legit and found by real people with a certain background.

The company has been around for nearly 3 decades so if it was illegal, it would have been shut down by now.

However, it is clear also that there are both positive and negative points to consider before joining Isagenix.

The company does have a true success story, and it is still growing. Products to sell are numerous, trainings are provided, you can count on support…

Once again, Isagenix is not a “scam” in the typical way as there are products and there is a compensation plan. BUT, the products can be called “scam” as the effectiveness of the products is still questionable and side effects were sometimes reported.

To Conclude

To the question is Isagenix legit, I would say “yes”. You can be part of those who reach great success with the Isagenix program, but remember that chances remain thin.

To be honest, I do have a business opportunity to recommend. I’d rather recommend you Affiliate marketing.

Reasons are in fact quite simple:

  • You’re free to promote the products or services you want
  • No obligation at all to test any product
  • Affiliate Marketing is totally free
  • You earn real money

You don’t have to recruit people at all to make money, and you have the freedom to promote any product you want without being restricted to only promote the products from the same MLM company.

Affiliate Marketing is a way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online.
